Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)

FootLab is searching for a driven, creative, and AI-enabled Marketing Assistant/Officer who wants to grow fast, execute real marketing work, and help shape the future of our brand. If you live and breathe marketing, love experimenting with content and digital tools, and want to build something meaningful from the ground up — this is your role.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

You’ll work directly with the Head of Communications, Branding & Marketing and take on a wide, exciting scope of real marketing work:

Brand & Creative

Support in building and shaping the FootLab brand across all touchpoints
Create compelling marketing materials using AI tools (images, videos, graphics, content)
Assist in developing campaigns that feel fresh, modern, and human

Social Media & Content

Plan, write, and publish content across social media platforms
Monitor trends and optimize content for engagement and reach
Build a consistent, fun, and informative brand voice

Paid, Performance & Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Track and optimize campaign performance
Work with analytics to understand customer behavior and drive conversions

Website Management

Help maintain and update the FootLab website
Coordinate content uploads, landing pages, and optimization for UX and SEO
Ensure the site always reflects the brand’s identity and campaigns

PR & Community

Assist in crafting press releases, pitch stories, and brand narratives
Support community-building efforts both online and offline
Help manage partnerships and collaborations

Execution & Operations

Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and freelancers
Organize marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign assets
Support product launches, events, and activations

Who You Are

A marketer by heart and by training — driven, curious, and hungry to grow

Someone who uses AI confidently for content and creative production
Has experience with performance marketing (running or assisting in paid ads)
Excited to build a brand from scratch and see ideas come to life fast
Has strong writing skills and understands modern content culture
Organized, proactive, and able to execute with supervision and clear direction
Knowledge in website/content management systems
Willing to work full-time and grow with the brand
Loves testing, measuring, learning, and improving
